It is Tuesday Pre-Ride this week! We will split into 3 groups and pre-ride Fiver course in different ways.

Route:
1 spice : Pick a stage from the course and try the trail!
2 spice: Session ride to get familiar with the course
3 spice: Flow ride to practice racing speed
