About the event
Stretch your legs and come for an intermediate level lap at Fromme. Meet time at the washrooms is 5:45 pm with bikes rolling promptly at 6:00 pm. Trails may include Expresso and Floppy Bunny. Please come prepared with water, snacks, and supplies for on trail fixes. Helmets are mandatory and all riders must have a Shore Sirens membership to participate. Feel free to keep the fun going by visiting one of our partners for apres refreshments.

About the Shore Sirens Group Rides
Our new format for group rides will be to run a monthly schedule. Each week will have a separate skill level, starting with beginner then intermediate and advanced, followed by a social ride at the end of each month for all skill levels.
