About the event
Cypress fans, this one’s for you! Get ready for the NSMBA Fiver by pre-riding some of the course with us on this group ride. Meet at Cypress at 6:00 pm with bikes rolling promptly at 6:15 pm. Trails TBD. Please come prepared with water, snacks, and supplies for on trail fixes. Helmets are mandatory. Feel free to keep the fun going by visiting one of our partners for après refreshments.

About the Shore Sirens Group Rides
Our new format for group rides will be to run a monthly schedule. Each week will have a separate skill level, starting with beginner then intermediate and advanced, followed by a social ride at the end of each month for all skill levels.
