2026 Shore Sirens Annual General Meeting
Tuesday, March 10th, 2026 | 7:00 PM – 10:00 PM North Point Brewing Co. (The Loft) | Meeting starts at 7:15 PM
Join us for the Shore Sirens AGM! This is our annual "state of the union" where we celebrate our community, review our 2025 impact, present how we envision 2026 to look, and elect the final pieces of our leadership team for the upcoming season.
This meeting will be held majority in person! Come out to hang, socialize, have a bevy (beer + non-alc!) and meet your fellow Sirens ahead of the season! If you truly can’t swing in-person, you can join virtually, however the ability to participate will be limited.
Meeting Highlights
President’s Address: A look at where we’ve been and where we’re going.
Financial Summary: A transparent presentation of our 2025 revenue and 2026 budget.
2026 Season Launch: Reveal of the updated Sirens programming, key dates for group rides, events and programs, and a first look at the new merch drop.
Board Elections: We are looking for new leaders to join the Shore Sirens Board of Directors.
Volunteer Call out: We are looking for energetic members to join our support team for the 2026 season.
The Fine Print (Voting & Elections)
Who can vote? While the meeting is open to all, only current members are eligible to vote on motions and in the Board elections.
Open Seats: We are specifically seeking candidates for our Director of Group Rides.
Nominations: We will be accepting nominations both via email to info@shoresirens.com prior to the meeting and "from the floor" during the meeting. If you’ve ever wanted to help lead the Sirens, this is your moment! (Note: Only the two vacant roles listed above are up for election).
